James Estate Caravan Park is a family-run welsh haven.

Generations of knowledge and commitment have been passed down over the years and we truly do take pride in what we have built within the family. We are very much hands-on in our businesses and live by our motto 'arrive as a guest, leave as a friend' - there is always a friendly and familiar face waiting to welcome you.

James Estate Caravan Park, previously known as James Farm Caravan Park was brought into the family in 2020 and since then we, alongside our dedicated staff, have been working tirelessly to bring James Estate Caravan Park up to our well known high standard.

The dedicated owner, Bob Roberts was born in Weston Rhyn, Oswestry and is overjoyed to be returning to his Welsh roots.

Kathleen Roberts, Bob's wife, was born in Bewdley, Worcestershire and stole Bob away from Wales over 22 years ago. She is very much looking forward to getting to know Wales and enjoying all that it has to offer.

The oldest of the 3 kids, Katieann, loves gardening and handles the day-to-day office work.

The middle child, Charlene, is always out and about and will never be without a job to do!

The youngest, known for his big heart and cheeky smile is Bobby, an animal and heavy machinery lover. No doubt he will be running a muck about the Park!
